Who was the other person the new game started with?
Did any messages appear in the game chat area showing in red showing the game had ended ?

Today at about 10.30 pm ( Singapore time) I had a game on 'live chess' with drmike. After I had castled on my 10th move ( I was playing Black), the game suddnely disappeared, and the system prompted me to play a new game with a different guy.
I checked back on the main menu of results of matches played, and was surprised that it registered that I had lost the game, and therefore minus 9 points from my rating. Could the staff please help out. Another issue is my fault for setting the wrong colors ( very light yellow) so that I could not read the words. Could this be Corrected??. Thank you
