Lo and behold, chess.com even crashed as I posted this topic. Is it offensive or something to the techies here when problems with their software have been brought up??? Treat people better, please.
game i won the other day but was ruled a loss even though my opponent abandoned...

All games are aborted when the servers crash. Either way, it's just one meaningless game, move on.
My game wasn't aborted. So that statement is demonstrably false. I will do what Martin Stahl said but you are now blocked for spreading misinformation.

I clicked contact, but it's not letting me contact. Here is the game so chess.com can at least see it in this forum and either a) let me contact them or b) fix the issue.
I was playing a game the other day and had just made a move. Then chess.com crashed before my opponent made a move. That should have at least been a discounted game. But chess.com was finally restored, I saw that my opponent apparently was able to make a move even though chess.com had crashed. It was not on my fault. I was falsely credited with both a loss and a game abandonment. I would like this to be fixed on my stats so that the game in question does not count. I can also post the game. As this is demonstrably unfair to give my opponent a loss (rules would mandate under normal circumstances that he lose since his move was made as chess.com crashed and should not have been counted at all) and myself who had made a move and then immediately after chess.com crashed.
You get my point. It's unfair to count it toward statistics for either my opponent or myself. I can post the game in question if that helps. Again, my opponent "played" the last move but chess.com had already crashed so I was shocked to see that my opponent was even able to play a move as the system had already crashed!
Either way, the rules of chess are clear that this should not have been a loss on my part. Anyone (staff or otherwise) who disagrees in discounting the game is going to be blocked. I am tired of bringing up bugs only to be smacked down as I have been in the past.
