game inactivity ?

Currently I'm in a game w/azim 4887.

For almost 10 minutes they made no move but I can't get outta the game or start a new one.

No  response to comments.

WHAT'S the deal ?!

Now it's  been 15 min & I can't get out...is this some tactic  or a problem w/software or what ?

What was the game's time control (how much time was on your clock at the start)?

20 min after 4 moves opponent offered draw (?) then refused to move til time ran out / couldn't get another game / stuck in that one

 

Same thing occuring now in another game  / opponent "disconnected" can't get another game to start ???!!!
