Game progress won't show

If I look at the view of all my games, there is one game that it seems to be my turn in, maybe 15 moves in by my estimate. When I'm opening it now though, it only shows an unstarted game with all the pieces untouched. I tried accessing the game both via the browser and mobile, and the result is the same. It just won't show me the current position once I open it up.

am having the same problem. anybody?

I opened a support ticket, I'm hoping it gets resolved within the next 6 hours, so I don't lose the game. If I get any helpful info I'll be sure to post in here.

Hey GordonLiu- I responded, please put yourself on vacation (in online chess settings) while we work on this. I don't want you to lose the game due to time.
