Game Review in Mobile App - Server or Local

Game Review analysis requested from a browser on a desktop appears to run on my desktop CPU, judging by CPU load. Game Review requested in the mobile app (on a phone) does not appear to run slower, even on an older device, and the mobile CPU load does not spike up. It also occasionally appears to be stuck and fails to complete at about 90%. Does the mobile app rely on the chess.com servers for game review analysis? I understand that move by move analysis does always run on the device CPU unless a paid member requests cloud analysis for specific move. I have searched for a while but was unable to find a clear answer to my question.

All Game Reviews run server side.

On the website, the analysis engine loads in the background so switching to analysis loads quickly, so your CPU will run higher due to that
