Game review is currently not working

Hello,

I paid for premium only to use game reviews, but many times (not only occasionaly!!!) I see error "game review is currently not working" -> I need then to refresh website many times to see my review. My membership is going to end this week, please fix it, because I don't want to pay for buggy tools.

I have similar problems. Game review does work for me but a) tells me I’ve played black defences when I’m white and vice versa, and b) % accuracy does not appear in archive after reviews are complete. I have to use the website and run reviews if I want accuracy figures to be saved in my archive. I never had these problems till a couple or weeks ago.

Chess.com support simply doesn't care, so I decide not to prolongate my subscription.

Staff don't normally reply in the forums. It's mostly just other members.

That said, I rarely see that error and usually only if I'm on a flaky network.

Martin , while it’s good the issue doesn’t affect you, I’m not clear on how that helps the rest of us!

Martin, Your answer is not true for me. I got very fast Internet (400mbs+) so this is not an issue.
