Game Review Is Stuck

Hi,

For the last week or two, I've been unable to use Game Review on my MacBook Pro or iPhone 11 as I continuously get the message, "You've used your free Game Review for the day." I've cleared my cookies and cache and restarted my computer multiple times but since it's happening on both devices, I feel it's a different problem. How do I fix this?

Yes, 100% sure and I'm a gold member. I believe it's a bug.

I've sent an email to support@chess.com but haven't gotten a reply. Wanted to post this here too to see if I'd get a response from staff.

I emailed them on January 10th and still have not got a response.
