Game stuck ?

Hi there,
I think there is a bug. In a 24h game, my opponent stopped playing after just 4 moves and his time ran out.
It's been 2 days and the game didn't end, it's still there as "<1 min".
Should I do something ?

This should be resolved soon if it hasn't been already
