Game suddenly broken somehow

Hello,
I have a problem.
When I start a game, I cannot move any pieces (and sometimes not all pieces are even there) and it always ends up like this:
my internet connection is fine and it worked flawless in the past.
What is wrong here?
Edit:
It warns me I'm supposed to play all games I start (which I understand) and if I abort too often, my account gets restricted.
But it aborts itself when I try to move my pieces and I like my account^^.
