thanks for the helpits only on blitz or live chess,,, on that screen  I see a white page with a black    bishop in the top right corner hope that helps.???

What anti virus are you using?

Is it a personal pc ? works or shared public ? If its either of the latter two you may need to check with the administrator for the pc to see if they are blocking images.

Has anything changed on your pc since you last played live June 22 ?
