Games from App not showing in Opening Explorer

I’ve played 50 games or so on the chess.com app over the past couple days. For whatever reason none of them are showing up on the opening explorer when I look on my laptop. Not sure what the issue is

For what it’s worth I have a platinum membership. Don’t know if it matters
