games getting starting automatically

hello, it has been happening quite often with me that i was not playing game while doing other things and i tried to push back and see the new game started with someone and by quitting the unwanted game lost points and showing the game status lost without any game. when i never requested new game why it is getting started and then i quit without doing a single move i lost the game. please fix this bug if it is because if i don't have time how could i play it and on quitting fair policy notifications keep coming. In the past while i was in some low quality network areas i lost games but i was keep getting notifications of fair play then. You should keep every possible outcome in the mind before blaming anyone of unfair play.

Definite bug. No response from support in several threads.

The same problem even I'm facing. The games automatically start without any notification for confirmation. What should I do?

but I had recently similar problem on desktop.

I used to login to chess.com from shortcut on Firefox, and when I logged in, it automatically was starting new game... .
I figured finally out, that this shortcut was created automatically based on often opened URL,
and this URL contained some staff after "?" sign (that is URL parameters) and they contained request to start new game after login.
I edited my shortcut to contain just "www.chess.com" and now everything is fine.

Same thing is happening to me on the chess.com app. It's quite irritating. I have 3 games with the same guy now.

Multiple times I have new games autostart without requesting them to.  Usually it happens immediately after another game.

happens to me im playing bullet and then i win or lose and i want to stop but in 3 secs it automatically puts me in another game

Happens for me too, I am using safari on a 16.6.1 apple phone.

Same problem here playing from android, 1 game started this morning and then after few moves another one with the same player
