In last few weeks number of timeouts has grown, but i didn't loose any game on time. That's the problem.

?? hmm strange, are you talking about live chess or turn based ?

Number of games in progress is a known stubborn bug. It is fixed for each individual. If kohai does not notice this topic add something here. http://www.chess.com/forum/view/suggestions/about-bug

The new system where only the last 90 days are counted means, for most people, there is too short a time to lower the timeout % by completing non-timeout games. The timeout % may even increase without more timeouts being incurred. Non-timeout games that become older than 90 days have to be replaced and even more non-timeout games have to be added to lower the timeout %.
Likely the non-time out games are expiring faster than you are completing more recent games to take their place in the calculation.
In practice, the timeouts have to fall out of the calculation in 90 days for the timeout % to decrease.

I'm talking about online games. Turn based are online games. And you see it says In Progress: 9 and i'm playnig 11 gamescurrently. And i'm sure that it must be under 10% because i did'n loose on time for a few weeks and it has up to 13% in that time.

TadDude, you are right. This must be the reason for that. I'll just have to wait.
