Games not loading on IPad & IPhone

The Game is not loading on my IPad it continuously say "loading" unfortunately there is no response from Chess.com on this issue 😕 Please fix this...

If you start accusing people of cheating mods will be here any second so maybe someone needs to do that....seriously though, craving some chess and bummed it's not working
This is very frustrating, I mean not as much as a "Hey we are aware of the issue and are working on it" ....nothing at all....Can anyone suggest another way of contacting them? And to think that you actually have to pay for full access...biy am I glad I never did that!
I am also noticing loading problems
As am I on IPad. (So are three tigers in the general discussion threads)

I mean I think it's about 100 people now! (Okay, maybe only 50 so far)

Same with me (iphone)
Im extremely angry at Chess.com, at first i thought that it was just some bug about my old iphone 4, but its clearly not since I see there are numerous complaints. PLEASE RESPOND ADMINS!!!!!

Not loading in Philadelphia PA for 12 hours plus. I'm bummed out and missing Chess.com!! I love this game!!
No ability to play chess on ipad in UK.
1. Admins have repsonded. But seeing everyone decided to make their own thread I think they can't keep track of how many there are on this subject.
2. What IOS are you all? So far 3 IOS 9 people have said they have difficulty. This could be important information!

Inzeface says system works on iPhone 5s. iPhone 5s and all later iPhones use 64 bit architecture. My iPhone 5 runs on 32 bit architecture & is not currently able to load games.
That could be it. I'm on IPad 2.

   I have an ipad, IOS 10.3.2 and for a week or so I couldn't play LIVECHESS, but now it works OK. I deleted and re-installed the chess.com app. Â
   Now I go to Safari, then go to chess.com and log in. I think I am bypassing the chess.com app. The staff of chess.com did contact me and tried to help with my problem.
