I accidentally sent a gift subscription to the wrong user on Chess.com.
Order ID: 322942536
Here are the details:
Wrong recipient username: Kirsan3000
Intended recipient username: kkirsan
Date of purchase: 15 April 2026
Subscription type: Platinum (Yearly)I intended to send this gift to a different person, but I made a mistake.
If the gift has not been activated yet, I would really appreciate it if you could cancel it or transfer it to the correct user.
If it has already been activated, please let me know if there is any possible solution.
