Gifted Membership But Friend Didn't Receive It

Hello all chess players,

I purchased a membership for my friend but he didn't receive it. We have already checked his email as well and there's nothing there.

I also have the receipt for it in my email.

Please help me fix this because it's his birthday and I really want him to receive it sooner rather than later.

Did you gift an existing account here or to an email address?

Either way, you'll need to open a ticket with support.
