You only play blitz! That's part of your problem. You don't allow yourself enough time to think and look at moves! No wonder you only win 20% of the time. Play a few 10 minute games and post them here with your own thoughts as to how you did.
Yes. An excellent idea above, to just post a game or two, and ask a couple of questions. I read most of that stuff myself, without ever saying a thing. I'm sure not just you will benefit from the comments, but others who read good analysis and don't comment.

Man, a 2140 player offers to help you and you brush him off. You would have learnt more from him than any other advice in this post....
