Glitch in puzzle training

I was at 1583 and had just missed a puzzle and went to analysis. Then I was notified that I lost the connection. So I clicked back to puzzles and it returned to the puzzle I just missed. So I answered it correctly and my puzzle rate started declining and went to zero. So I lost all my rating. Please help “0 puzzle rate “

PS: Went back and completed another puzzle after the “0 rating” and the rating cycled all the way back up to my prior level, close to 1600- thank you.
