Glitch on my app

There is a HUGE glitch on my app...
today when the chess server restarted, I lost a game and my rating got down by almost 200...
I saw that it was showing ratings for rapid, even though I was playing a ten minute blitz. I went down to the game selector and saw that it was on blitz... I clicked on ten minute blitz to make sure and played another game that I lost. On doing so, my rating got down by around 150...
Now I saw on the home screen that I had three retings, blitz, bullet and rapid, even though I had never played rapid even once in my life...
Please look into the matter.
