I don't think there is anything you can do to recover those points other than just playing.

Today, I was playing bullet on a different computer then normal, but like every time I pressed new game it would like not work and then eventually it would say that I was already in a game but I wasn't getting sent to play the games. Eventually, I realized my rating was plummeting from like 800 to 600, and I realized I was in the games, and since I didn't move, I auto-lost every game. It's probably a network on my end but my rating is cooked and idk what to do.
