Are you using the Android app? Website on Android won't trigger the achievement
I played on android and iOS
There's a problem with me too I played on android got the award but I don't know how to get the ios award since I am only android so what am I supposed to do I really want to get app the awards I can

You won't be able to get the iOS one unless you sign in on the app on an iOS device.
