Gold membership issue

Hi guys,
I got a gold membership on 12.06.2022
which Includes unlimited puzzles. My Gold membership status is still active, but I can't do unlimited puzzles anymore.

Any idea why that's the case? I already contacted support, but didn't get an answer.

Purchases before September 1, 2023 are on the old plans and pricing which didn't normally have unlimited puzzles.

Due to the holidays, support has a backlog of tickets, so it may take a little longer than normal to get to your ticket
