gold paid membership & have no access to many user controls

Lost games due to fast running game clock than opponent, Won against computer bot but the win doesn’t show in my stats & would not pay for the gold membership now on if half of user controls of my account are missing.

Bot games are not automatically added to your archive. If you're on the web you can run a Game Review to add it or use the game menu to save it. On Android, you have to use the game menu. I'm not sure they can be saved yet on iOS.
