I talked to Google and it was a Chrome issue. As soon as I disabled extensions it worked perfectly.

If I try to resign from an "on-line" game, Chrome won't let me. It gives the pop-up but then does nothing. I have to go to IE and log-in and from there it will resign after the pop up. I haven't tried it in "live". Here is my version of Chrome: 16.0.912.41 beta-m
