got account disabled

got account disabled for "fair play" it says. my main account which is 1000 elo matches with a 980 elo by chess.com. i win in the end of the match but my opponent keeps on asking for a rematch but of course, I played with him like a chill match. we played multiple games continuously until i reached 1061 elo (i forgot what elo he was) and chess.com says my account is disabled because of "fair play." is it my fault for him being repetitive for having a rematch with me everytime he losses? :( im not abusing him or even using him as a "elo farming" :( im just playing with him and i thought he would learn something new since i won a multiple games with him. :(

Also, it says "account has been banned for 60 mins" but its already been 4 hours and it can't be opened to my main account. Chess.com emailed me that i have a violation. What can i do to retrieve my plays there? :(

If your account was close for a Fair Play violation, you would have received an email on the address associated with the account vthat explains your options.

One of the options is to appeal the closure. You would need to use that option. If the appeal is not granted, you won't be able to get your account back.

It depends on why it was disabled on whether or not you can get it enabled but you'll need to contact support
