Greeters

A few months ago, I checked the box to become a greeter, but since then, I haven't been assigned a single greeter game.

I was wondering why this was happening, or if the "Max Games" box has something to do with it, or if there was anything else that could help explain this situation.

What is the number you currently have entered in the Max Games box?

I think 25

Could you check, because if it is then you SHOULD be getting greeter games...

Yes, it is 25:

"Max # of Games: 25   Welcome games played so far: 0"

Thank you, Nytik, I sent a bug report, and hopefully my problem will be resolved soon.

Greeter games are given to those most active greeters first so that the new members will get to play a quicker game. It all depends on what your time per move statistic is versus other Chess.com greeters.
