Has anyone else experienced a situation like mine?

On September 1, 2023, I subscribed to the yearly Gold premium package and made the payment. Upon subscribing, I received a notification stating that I needed to use the app within 3 days of my subscription, or it would be canceled. So I made sure to actively use the app every day. I even played puzzles and earned an achievement. However, my premium package was inexplicably canceled anyway.

On September 4, 2023, I reported this issue on the app, but it has been two days, and I still haven't received a response yet nor the refund either. Could someone please advise me on what to do next or provide an alternative contact method? Thank you very much.

I'm not sure they can do that. Apps on the Apple App Store are not allowed to see your usage history, when you picked up your phone and went to that app first, or when you were in and off of it.
