I got the confirmation from iTunes, it’s selected in the Subscription area of iPhone settings, yet I’m only getting gold benefits, and only shows gold in my purchase history on chess.com. I’ve sent an email to support with proof, but with how busy they are idk when I’ll hear back. Any ideas or “tricks” to forcing it to upgrade? I miss my Game Reviews…

Staff will get back to you. Since it's something in iTunes, it's probably best to let them handle, since I don't know what would happen if you tried changing back
