V3's so beautiful on my iMac. It's streamlined, organic— really nice for a website. However, it's not so nice on my laptop with Windows 10... wonder why?
Browser choice? It seems to be pretty much the same across different devices to me (as would be expected)

I get the feeling V3 is like a carrot hanging in front of a donkey. It's so close but you will never actually reach it.
That's not likely. They have been working on v3 for a few years and they won't support two versions and won't write off off the time and money already spent to keep a version of the site that is hard to update and has problems of its own.
With regards to v3, I can't help but wonder whether a bright future is really seen for v3 or if the development team is stuck in the sunk cost fallacy and don't know how to escape. I'm sure work is being put into it, but by itself it's a meaningless quantity; if I repeatedly dig a hole and fill it in, I'm doing work.
v3 is pretty close. I use it almost exclusively and usually only jump over to answer questions for people still on v2 where I have to figure something out.
I'm pretty sure v3 will be coming and my assumption is that it will be the default by the end of Summer (may have already said that in this topic).
The only thing I find "glitchy" about V3 right now is the note system, as posted notes don't always show up immediately on pages after they've been posted. I often have to switch back to V2 to see new notes.
If that happens then force refreshing usually works too.
Off-topic actually, but is it me or there no chat on ChessTV today?
OK the solution is simple clear your cookies and data.
To do so first go to
settings>>apps>>all>> keep scrolling until you see your browser>click it>and look for clear data button> and press it then and your done.
NOTE if it doesn't work try restarting your tablet make sure browser is off then press clear data
please tell me if it works.

I am stuck with V3 on my Android device, and can no longer find the link to enable me to return to V2 ("old chess.com"). Has the link been removed ? I think that V2 is better than V3 in almost every way.

I wish them luck with V3. Having tried it many, many times i still enjoy logging on to V2 MUCH more than the current V3. I hope that i will be able to find the courage to change & enjoy the new format.
