If you are still having the problem, try clearing your cache. If you have any plugins blocking scripts, you might verify that isn't causing issues.
Can anybody please tell me how I resign while playing a game in the new interface? I can not find it

Same problem here. Chess.com is very, very archaic
I've been playing some games and I'm noticing that the Live Chess keeps freezing up on me and crashing during games which is making me lose alot of games unnecessarily, not fun, can anyone help me diagnose the problem?

I am having severe problems with the performance of chess.com Several time the windows freeze and I am not able to play anymore. Is this a known issue
for years during a game my board freezes and i loose on time. I have high speed internet. Also during an end to a game the timer gets close to the end and my game gets slower?
Same. Super annoying.

I have the same issue, very annoying, lost tons of points in bullet or 5 kin matches, super frustrating!!!😑☹️
I am freezing (and “timeout losing”) in live games approximately 3 games out of 10 using the app with good internet connection. I can chat with opponent during freezing eliminating connection as a possibility.

I've written to the contact service and there’s not been any answers yet. It’s seems my problem is not new. I’ve read several posts like this:

why does this thread keep on getting revived every few years
same issue here. can we have an answer please?
Jan 2021 - and I have exact same issue. And it is NOT browser, as it does not even have time to respond....when I hit that Analyze Button - ALL chess.com windows go INSTANTLY Unresponsive and I have to close analysis window and open Playing Window which comes back up to new game. What is it in that Button Procedure that something does NOT LIKE at ALL.
After 8 years now of this same issue---it seems like Chess.com would have looked at it more seriously. sad as Until I works...I too will not subscribe.
