I recently downloaded the Chess.com app and activated the free 7-day trial that was offered to me. However, after I added my card to Apple, I was unexpectedly charged 4000 KGS for a subscription.
I did not intend to purchase a paid subscription, as I was only trying to use the free trial. I kindly ask you to review this case and issue a refund, as the charge was made without my intention or clear confirmation.
