Help! Playing with a family member

Hi,

My son & I have our own individual accounts and we used to play livechess with each other till recently. Since last week, we are not able to play each other, we are unable to see each other's challenge to play.

Any help would be appreicated!

They might think you are trying to increase your rating with an extra account?

 Have you tried 'unrated' games?

thank you folks, yes we are only playing unrated games. No we are not playing rated chess to increase our points. don't know what to do, my son's so upset with this.
