You are asking to change the password on a different account- "orbber".

You need to write your email from the same email account you used to set up that first account. That is probably why you didn't receive the reset email. You changed your email account.

You need to convince them that it's your account.

/ Setting up a second account is not allowed.

My last games the guy cheated the first and last games I won. Mostly on time. But he took to long in the openings never making mistakes. Only to make sloppy moves when he got in time trouble. So he made good moves when he had time to look at his other device.
