Can't access benefits of Platinum / Diamond membership

2 weeks ago I got a Platinum membership (Monthly) and wasn't able to access any of the features of this subscription. It keeps on telling me that I need to upgrade and if I try to upgrade it tells me I already upgraded. I was hoping this was just a glitch and that upgrading my Platinum membership to Diamond would solve this problem but I was mistaken on that. 

I've tried logging in and out and deleting and reinstalling the app but no luck. I've tried reaching out to tech support but it's been 12 days and still no answer. I guess I figured I'd post here to see if anyone could shed some light on my issues or was hoping tech support would see this and get back to me?!

You'll have to wait until staff get to you. I know billing staff had a backlog, so they are probably still working through that.

 

If you purchased through the app, it can take additional time, especially if the email on the chess.com account doesn't match the account on the app store.

 

They'll get the membership applied, and you won't lose any time. They'll probably get to you soon.
