For tournaments for sure, im talking about normal rated games.
when i seek and a game starts after long unpredictable time and if i dont move, it waits until my time is run out and then i lose rating. It doesnt abort automatically.
How to Auto Abort without losing rating??

Are you using the app or logging on to the actual website? It always aborts the game like after 15 seconds if the person doesn't move on the website.
Im using website, but unfortunately it never aborts, i lost lots of ratings like this..
That's really odd. I looked around and can't find anything about it being an option to do it. You're talking about live chess in the open challenges part right?
Exactly, like for example i seek a game 960 3 min on live chess. Then someone clicks and game starts.. Yes i also couldnt find any settings for that. Thanks for ur answers btw!
So it just runs the 3 minutes down until the game is over and you take the loss?
I'm going to challenge you so if you get white just make a move and I want to see what it's going to do. I will resign if it doesn't abort and it won't effect either of us.

I don't know, maybe I'm tripping I guess. I thought there was. I know on mine I just get some funky little chime thing
It will auto abort by itself unless you're playing in a live tournament match, then it's either you play or take a loss & subsequent hit to your rating.
