for example: while playing rated game against someone and you go to explorer and type his name in there and seeing his openings and seeing what he plays at the start of the game (you do this while being in game) is this considered as a cheating and will user be banned if it was proven ?
For Daily it is allowed. For Live, it wouldn't be once the game starts.
