Help with tournament preparation

I've got the biggest chess tournament of the year in about 3 weeks and would like to be able to peak my ability around that time. For practice I generally play at least 15 games a day, do tactics trainer and analyse most of my games. Is there anything else that I should add/change in the leadup to a tournament to achieve my best possible result?

well, you probably already know that you should make sure you know the basic ideas of whatever openings you're planning on playing.

Openings are probably something I need to work on but I'll be playing four knights as white. With black found little success playing pirc defense so I'll be changing that. Any ideas for black which give a balanced middle-game.

I play sicilian but recommend caro kann if you only have 3 weeks to learn a new opening.  I would also recommend playing something besides 4 knights like the ruy or italian game but that's just because I despise the 4 knights game.

I'll start learning caro-kann and Italian openings. Thanks for your advice.
