HELP: Wrong membership -> Refund

Hello,

I bought a year of diamond membership 2 days ago, my intention was to buy 1 month of membership. I was offered a free week of premium membership by chess.com but somehow bought a year membership without the free week of premium membership. i directly cancelled my membership but have already paid the first year untill 27 february 2025. 

I send a mail to chess.com asking for a refund. However, they don't answer me. 

Does anyone has advice to change my membership and get my money back.

They will answer you. It may take several days. You will get your money back if thats what you want.

In the meantime, try to take advantage of the membership.

Yes i did.

I got a e-mail back within 2-3 days and was offered some membership options and alternatives. I choose to cancel my diamond memberschip completely and got my money back within 2 days.

I asked for a refund, and a customer service representative sent me an email, but there was no mention of whether chess.com would issue the refund. I have sent four emails to him, but I have not received any replies. I can't even use the "help" option in the left panel anymore.
