I did and the instructions are NOT correct. It atsted go to home page and on the lower left click on the interface.

WHen I go to home page. and look on lower left,. I dod NOT find it

 I found ( Someplace ) about enabling sound ,.... and that is clicked on

still no sound. I have sound all the way up until the game starts,. Then the sound stops,.....?

 I have played on here for over a year

and never had this problem like this before.............

I called a telephone number,. and they want to be paid by credit card Etc.

The browser is Internet Explorer.

I logged out anbd back in twice

 I will try turnig OFF the computer and try to come back in again. That seems to be the BEST I can think of also. Thanks RetGuvvie98.  Make me a friend oin ur end  please,. AND  I would enjoy playing U  ( even without sounbd )

I found and deleted history. I have not found  cppkoes yet.   (  Help )

Actually the management here recommends using the Google Chrome browser, but Firefox might solve your problem. Here's a link that will help you clear the cache of IE, Chrome or Firefox which BTW is a general "cure-all" for various problems related to browsers in general:

Chrome can be set to clear the cache everytime you shut it down, this may be an option with other browsers as well.

Is the op mad or simply plain silly?

Thank u all for the advice ,..... I did install Mozilla,, Firefox , and I do have sound now  ONly when I use them and NOT Internet Explore. I must have deleted something there when I was trying to clean up my computer. So again, I would like to thank RetGuvvie98, and NimzoRoy, and all other POSITIVE input. I do also have Google Chrome.

Sorry it took This OLD GEEZER awhile to respond,........... and by the way RetGuvvie, I was born in Fredricksburg, Virginia.
