I have heard good things about about an opening system that starts out 1. e4, 2. Ke2. It seems pretty advanced for my level (I'm not USCF rated like you). Is this an opening that I can learn without a lot of effort?
Here is a game where a 1160 rated player beats a 1600 with it (440 point difference)!
