Help...Why am i going on vacation?

I have had some problems with my account today. As i premium member my account goes on vacation when a game is about to time out...Thats good(so i dont loose on time)...This usually happends when its less then 30 minutes on my game clock. Today my account has gone on vacation two times, because of games that where i had about 15 hours or more on the clock? Why is this happening? Has anybody experienced this before?

 yes it does that to me all the time, the only draw back on it  is it useing up your vacation time the good thing about it is your not losing the game

Yes its really annonying to use up valuable vacation time i my need for later when i actually is away from chess.com(and that happends a lot for me in some busy periods)

It isnt supposed to do this, is it? It happend today for the first time. Can someone explain this?

It's a bug, report it to the staff using the report bugs link at the bottom of every page and they'll give you the time back.

I had exactly the same problem today - although, strangely if I logghed in via mobile chess, there were games with very little time (under 1 hour) - this was differnt to what I saw when I logged in via my PC (nothing less than day and a half) - very strange.

I assume there is some bug and somehow it thought I was about to run out of time, so triggering the vacation.

Have raised a ticket with support - I'll let you know what they say...
