I always do that :( but still lags. Any new updates have been installed for chess.com?

I'm new at computer chess. I've bought new mouse. Sometimes it takes 2-4 tries to capture a piece. I'm losing all my 10 minute games on time. Screaming at the mouse doesn't help. LOL.
Smashing the mouse with a hammer doesnt help too...
Maybe you should talk nicely to the mouse?
I'm losing all my last games on time, because of any lags or cheats (I don't know). I had consider to unlock full access for my son and myself, but ... shiit ... chess.com is so bad, I think I go back to chessbase or chess24.
I am using chess.com for the past two years but my game never lagged when I am using a high speed connection to play games but, from the last one month it's lagging like hell! I start a game and then i get to see the opponent's move only after 10 to 20 seconds later. Any chess.com staff member help me with this issue as soon as possible as I am not able to play any bullet games these days.
