How can I regain access to my main account if my Facebook account is unavailable?

I joined Chess.com in January 2020 and registered using my Facebook account. However, since July 2021, my Facebook account has become unavailable due to someone reporting it.

I still have access to the email associated with my main account, and I can provide it as proof that I am the rightful owner. Is there any way I can regain access to my main account?

i dont have password because before im using my facebook account to logged in, when i try to use forget password feature, it says "You must login using Facebook. Your account does not have a password associated to it."
