Are you using Chrome? Does it have any addons or extensions on it?
Have you tried using the 'Contact' page to send a ticket from a different browser?
This is what should happen and what you should see :
On this page https://support.chess.com/
top right corner click where it shows 'Contact'
It opens this page https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new
where you fill out the information about the issue. After filling out all of the boxes, click the orange send button at the bottom and this window should then appear http://grab.by/vrMg
That last page/window http://grab.by/vrMg has the final 'Send Message' button on it that is needed in order to submit the form to us, without it the ticket won't send. Thats also the page/window that many with the 'can't contact support' issues are having
How can I report someone for cheating?

I have tried that today.
I cleared the cache as Cal had suggested, and thought that had corrected the problem, but later when I tried to submit a ticket, I did as you say above, but upon clicking the contact us at the top right hand corner, this is all that I see;

After clicking the send button, again nothing happened. I am using Chrome, and have no add ons.

Either something came up, or maybe she's eating. The nerve of those mods. They want to eat too?? If you have something important, I can relay it to them.

With everyone else, it either works, or it doesn't. Half a page is a new one on me. Your using the same as me I think, Win7, and Chrome. I don't get it.
The support ticket isn't working for me either, I cleared the cache as suggested, but no luck, guess the email is fail safe.
