If I played a game here, how do I get it to my email address?

 

Is there a history here where you can see your played games?

MY HOME -> Online Chess (or Live Chess). Scroll down to Recent Games. Click on View games archive.

Go to a game in your archive. Click on View. Click on Analyse.

Click on Get PGN (which will download a text file to your PC)

or copy the FEN string (another textual format).

Then email it from your PC in the usual way.

 you can just click next to one or more of your archived games (in the littlebox) and on that same page is a Download PGN button.
