How do I become Moderator or Admin?

hi. i am wondering how i am able to be a Mod or admin?

For a mod, step 1, be a member for at least 1 year. Step 2, be at least 18. In that time don't have any major problems on the site and be helpful and courteous

  In order to be Admin or moderator, you have to have been abducted by Aliens. Mulder and Scully will come by this afternoon to interview you.
