How do I get my chess.com email to work?

no capslock. That I checked.
Maybe it's a windows 7 compatibility issue? I'll have to check it from the other PC to test that.
No go in firefox on my XP box - let me try in IE.
No error in IE - but it doesn't load either. Loading bar gets to about 30% then hangs.
Chrome gives me the same login error.
That's with just cut and pasting in the mail.chess.com addy to go to.
I"ll try Chrome and IE on my Win7 later on.
As cool as having a chess.com email address sounds.... I think I may just need to take a deep breath and let it go.

I've synchronised your chess.com log in password and your email password so they are now the same.
When you log into your emails, please enter the same password for emails that you would use to log into chess.com.
Please go onto your homepage, and click where it says "My Email - New"
A new pop up box will open showing your @chess.com emails loading.
Thanks for the attempt at a fix, kohai, but it still isn't working. :( I've tried it again in all my browsers on both of my computers.
