Well the best you can do is @ that staff member and send a sorry/thank you message. They may not reply or see it but at least you did all you could to make up for it
How do I give feedback?
Don’t think you can do anything anymore. I think they already know you’re grateful, it’s more about positive customer feedback for whatever regulations they have at their job. I’m sure if they’re that helpful to everyone, they will get enough positive ratings 😊
ask the admins to un mute you
I'm already unmuted, that problem is now fixed and the error that caused it is also fixed.

I think it was @Kayt
Background: a few weeks ago I was automatically muted because for some reason, the AI system thought a legitimate conversation in Korean was spamming. I reached out to support about this. For about 2 or 3 weeks, I believed they did not reply to me, because I wasn't notified about a reply. However, a few days ago I discovered that I was wrong and there had been a reply ages ago.
The problem: the staff member who replied was very helpful, acknowledged the error, and resolved the problem. However, they also emphasized how important it was to "give feedback about the support" and "rate the conversation". But, the problem is that because so much time had passed without me being aware, it wouldn't let me type anything in the conversation, and the buttons to rate the support were grayed out.
I think this is unfair to the staff member who was polite, helpful and did their job well. I couldn't even simply say "thanks".
So, how do I give the feedback which is apparently very important to do?
Have you checked your emails too?
I believe that staff members sometimes read these forums, and ironically, this is a way to explain and provide feedback.
