How do I kill an old account?

My user name used to be CousinDupree. I upgraded to a Gold account. I later changed the name to Ino_Wright. Then I quit playing chess. Recently I decided to play a few games, but I couldn't log in as Ino_Wright OR CousinDupree. I emailed to reset the password, but I never got an answer. I tried various other things, but nothing worked. So I created a new account -- the one I'm using now: MulliganStu. It's just a standard, non-premium account.

My credit card just got charged $53.04 -- for a Gold renewal. For Ino_Wright or CousinDupree. How can I cancel the charge? I can't log in to turn off auto-renewal.

I found out how to email support. Maybe they'll help. I think I did it before and didn't get a response.
