Guys, Let me be clear. I caught a hacker going up against me, i was up by 24 and [removed -- MS] hacked by making me un able to make a move on the chess board but apparently my timer was still going even tho it was not my move. On top of that [removed ] did not move at all and disable chat so that i could not speak and he indeed up winning on time and i lost 7 stars

Your opponents can't impact your connection. The clients don't directly connect. What you describe sounds like a normal disconnect.
